Cancellation Policy

At iBerotech, we value the time of our clients and recognise that circumstances may arise requiring the rescheduling or cancellation of consultations. To ensure the optimal utilisation of resources and equitable access to our services, we request that our clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time for rescheduling or cancelling. Failure to do so may result in a fee equal to the full appointment cost being assessed. This policy enables us to make the most efficient use of our resources and minimise the impact on other clients. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy and look forward to providing you with exceptional service.
